Pay attention to your body. Sometimes certain changes occur in our bodies that may appear minor and we often dismiss them. 5. TAKE TIME TO REST
Sleep and rest is a fundamental part of health and well-being. No matter how busy your schedule may be, taking time to catch your breath, relax and just get enough rest is vital for your mental and physical health. Allowing your body to rest can boost creativity, increase productivity, reduce stress, promote well-being and prevent certain health complications. Take time to relax and get enough sleep.
